This leadership test identifies both how prepared and effective you are as a leader.
But first, I will let you know who will fail it.
There are generally three types of people in this test.
Who will do well in the test?
The bottom line is that successful leaders defined themselves early in their careers and kept evolving, perhaps not in words but in consistent behaviours.
Who will fail the test?
The people who believe that leadership is about power, control, entitlement, or somehow destiny. Many of them believe the world cannot function without them. They won’t be able to complete the task in 60 seconds.
In no more than 13 words, define how you want to be remembered as a leader. As you have departed from this planet, how will others define your leadership? It’s a tough test.Â
Now, under the right test conditions, you would be asked to stop and respond and share your own statement of why people will remember you as a leader.
Here the propensity to take longer is common. However, if you do define yourself keep that somewhere if you to always refer to and remember.
Everything starts with leadership even a vision for the future.
