However, telling and selling your brand story is about what you want your brand to stand for. All of these principles have been defined for the modern era. I have led retail chains, not one store or just one chain at a time but multiple chains simultaneously. And I earned my stripes working in a family business and directly with customers. I must admit something to you, I don’t follow the herd I build brands for the long game and I earned my experience leading them to the number one and number two market positions.

I find most shared tactics interesting, but to be honest, they work for one brand and are never easy to copy or make your own. If you want to succeed in in any industry you need to tell a compelling story of your purpose. It must reach the hearts and minds of your customers otherwise it won’t work. You can pile in a lot of inventory and meet with some success. However in the end what will happen someone else will come along and not only tell a great brand story, the will sell it better than anyone else.

And last I am all bought into AI it is the future of competition. But this podcast just gives you a hint of what’s possible. The voices are not real people speaking. It is a machine that has been enabled to create this podcast. I am anxious to hear what you think of it.
